• We develop and operate AniLive, a mobile streaming app for virtual streamers. • Streamers can earn income, enjoy communication with fans and gift animations. • Aiming to revolutionize the virtual streaming industry and engage the global anime/VTuber community.

Requirements

• Passion for the Japanese entertainment industry — anime, manga, gaming, VTubing... you must be an otaku! • Excitement to represent AniLive at networking events and to dive more into otaku culture • 5+ years experience in an HR leadership role developing and building a team, bonus if you’ve created an HR division from scratch • You've experienced the growth phase within a tech company and enjoy the dynamics + fast-paced nature • Fluent or native level English is required • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a remote and multicultural working environment • Experience using Notion, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
