•We are seeking a proactive HR manager to build and lead the HR team •Collaborating closely with our CSuite and managers to develop and implement strategies for the global expansion of AniLive •Your role will foster an environment where team members excel and actively contribute towards fulfilling our mission

Requirements

•Passion for the Japanese entertainment industry — anime, manga, gaming, VTubing... you must be an otaku! •Excitement to represent AniLive at networking events and to dive more into otaku culture •5+ years experience in an HR leadership role developing and building a team, bonus if you’ve created an HR division from scratch •You've experienced the growth phase within a tech company and enjoy the dynamics + fast-paced nature •Fluent or native level English is required •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a remote and multicultural working environment •Experience using Notion, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
