📋 Description

• Oversee project scope, quality, and budget • Approve and monitor project time recordings • Create and manage project reports (e.g., RAID, Weekly Reports, Budget reports) • Chair and lead project governance meetings • Capture lessons learned for ongoing improvement • Maintain clear communication with both external and internal stakeholders • Assist senior team members on large projects and support other team members in project delivery • Control handovers to Managed Services • Identify and manage project risks and issues • Assist in the sales cycle during pre-sales

🎯 Requirements

• Technology Experience: Desired but not essential • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication • Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing great customer service • Problem Solving: Ability to tackle challenges effectively • Project Governance: Experience with RAID, HLRs, etc. • Budget and Scope Management: Proven track record • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities
