📋 Description
• Responsible for carrying out various day-to-day responsibilities that support the team with credentialing and compliance initiatives. • Evaluate, analyze, and coordinate all aspects of the credentialing process for healthcare providers. • Help to lead all aspects of the security and background check processes with candidates via remote correspondence. • Responsible for monitoring provider files for completeness and accuracy. • Conduct research on updated state and federal regulations and policies. • Communicate clearly with providers and their liaisons to provide timely responses on credentialing and privileging matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of credentialing experience. • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred. • Prior government contracting experience strongly preferred. • Eligible to work in the United States. • Highly developed oral and written communication skills. • Highly organized and strong time management skills. • Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multitask. • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
