📋 Description
• Drive sales of reliability-focused engineering services. • Lead opportunity development, scoping, pricing, management, and closing. • Ensure products are designed for durability, safety, and optimal performance. • Partner with marketing and account teams to develop strategies for winning business. • Manage the reliability engineering sales pipeline, including sales opportunity tracking in Salesforce. • Facilitate negotiations for agreements with customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years (BS) or 3 years (MS) experience in an engineering software or reliability engineering environment. • Proven experience in services sales and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate the core value proposition. • Ability to interact effectively with senior business managers and engineering teams. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including technical customer presentations. • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
