• Join the Ansys Customer Excellence team to partner with customers • Use advanced-level engineering knowledge to provide technical pre-sales support • Consult with customers on simulation-based solutions • Mentor junior engineers • Collaborate with product development teams to guide product roadmap
🎯 Requirements
• Must have experience with Granta MI Enterprise • 4 years of experience in application engineering, customer support or consulting services type customer facing roles using engineering software • Ability to interact effectively with senior business managers and C-level executives • Proven track record analyzing customer’s business and technical needs and requirements • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of time • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Self-starter who possesses a sense of urgency • Demonstrated understanding of engineering practices and product development • Fluent in writing and speaking English
