📋 Description
• Responsible for leveraging advanced-level functional safety knowledge to help customers solve complex safety process problems using Ansys software. • Provide highest-level technical support to customers and Channel Partners, ensuring high-quality, timely service. • Proactively engage with selected accounts to provide comprehensive functional safety and security solutions. • Instruct intermediate and/or advanced training classes. • Scope and deliver professional services for projects, potentially collaborating with other field engineers in the same or different disciplines. • Gather customer requirements to support the improvement of Ansys software and collaborate with product development teams.
🎯 Requirements
• MS in Functional Safety Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related field. • 3 years of experience as functional safety engineer or functional safety manager in a relevant industry domain. • Knowledge of relevant safety and/or security standards such as but not limited to ARP4761, ISO26262, IEC 61508, EN 50128/EN50657, MIL-STD-882, ISO 21434. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers and to large conference audience. • Ability to work on multiple projects which are complex in nature and across diverse teams and locations. • Demonstrated skills in writing and presenting in fluent English. • Ability to travel up to 30% of time. • Strong ability to self-organize and entrepreneurial mindset. • Ability to work independently in front of customers but also in a team centric environment. • Goal and result driven mindset.
