Requirements

Deep expertise in evolving ESG regulatory landscape, with strong familiarity and experience with standards such as CSRD/ESRS, IFRS/ISSB, California climate bills; etc. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Ability to integrate ESG compliance with broader sustainability priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience leading and managing consulting operations, including strong financial acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth. Experience in key sectors such as consumer goods, manufacturing, or technology. Experience advising board members and C-suite executives on complex legal and strategic issues. Strong project leadership skills, including oversight of cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to translate legal complexities into actionable business strategies. Public speaking and executive presentation experience. Ability to manage the process and team to refine and develop a service offering compliance frameworks that address strategic, financial, reputational, and operational risks.
