Description

• Lead Anthesis North America’s Climate Risk & Resiliency services • Set go-to-market strategies, commercial performance, team development and oversee related product development solutions. • Manage a fantastic team of climate risk practitioners, including line management and deployment of team resources across client projects and product development. • Collaborate with other regional and global Climate Risk leaders and other Service/ Business Line Leaders as needed to coordinate on and develop solutions. • Oversee business development for the Climate Risk & Resiliency service and actively contribute to business development activities and growth of the global business. • Provide leadership to clients and colleagues on leading practices, standards, and trends.

Requirements

• Experience in managing business risks related to climate change • Commercial consulting expertise • Deep motivation to make a difference • Experience leading teams • Proven success in business development activities
