Description

• The Implementation Consultant leads the implementation of the Reach CRM solution. • Responsible for guiding customers through the design and delivery of Anthology’s software solutions. • Work as part of a team to deliver solutions efficiently while achieving high customer satisfaction. • Conduct business process reviews, guide customers through design discussions and configuration sessions. • Support user acceptance testing and deployment processes, lead customer training. • Follow established methodology to meet project deliverables for all assigned tasks. • Provide documentation and training for tasks including design documentation, technical specifications, and status reports. • Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)/Power Apps projects through various project phases. • Communicate clearly and accurately to project team members and customers. • Identify, recognize, and escalate risks and issues as necessary. • Establish a positive relationship with customers and respond to their concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience • At least 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CE 365 or other CRM software • In-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Sales based solutions or other CRM software to solve complex business problems • Demonstrated experience conducting presentations, conducting one-on-one and/or on-the-job training, classroom training and/or online/webcast training • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent presentation, training, and public speaking skills • Strong problem-solving and research skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across global locations • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to accomplish assigned tasks • Ability to learn and adapt easily to working with new technologies • Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Self-starter with troubleshooting capabilities • Fluency in written and spoken English • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform PL-200 (Preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales MB-210 (Preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Marketing Functional Consultant MB-220 (Preferred) • Knowledge of MS Dynamics HigherEd Accelerator (Preferred) • Higher Education industry experience (Preferred) • Master’s Degree in Business, Technology or related area (Preferred) • Student Information System experience (Preferred) • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models (Preferred) • Previous experience with other software applications such as database and reporting programs (Preferred) • HTML and web development experience (Preferred) • Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance (Preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Preferred)
