Description

• Leads the implementation of Anthology’s CRM solution • Responsible for leading customers through the design and delivery of solutions • Works as part of a team to deliver solutions efficiently while achieving high customer satisfaction • Becomes a subject matter expert in solutions and implementation methodology • Conducts business process reviews and guides customers through complex design discussions • Supports user acceptance testing and deployment processes • Leads customer training • Follows established methodology to meet project deliverables • Communicates information clearly and timely to project team members and customers • Identifies and recognizes risks and issues • Participates in team learning activities and quality assurance reviews • Establishes positive relationships with customers and proper communication channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience • At least 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CE 365 or other CRM software • In-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Sales based solutions or other CRM software to solve complex business problems • Demonstrated experience conducting presentations, conducting one-on-one and/or on-the-job training, classroom training and/or online/webcast training • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent presentation, training, and public speaking skills • Strong problem-solving and research skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across global locations • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to accomplish assigned tasks • Ability to learn and adapt easily to working with new technologies • Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Self-starter with troubleshooting capabilities • Fluency in written and spoken English • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform PL-200 (preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales MB-210 (preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Marketing Functional Consultant MB-220 (preferred) • Knowledge of MS Dynamics HigherEd Accelerator (preferred) • Higher Education industry experience (preferred) • Master’s Degree in Business, Technology or related area (preferred) • Student Information System experience (preferred) • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models (preferred) • Previous experience with other software applications such as database and reporting programs (preferred) • HTML and web development experience (preferred) • Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (preferred)
