Description

• Global Payroll Administrator for 17 global entities across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions • Primary point of contact for employees with global payroll questions • Help oversee the organization’s payroll function • Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accuracy and timeliness • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and support audits • Prepare and maintain payroll related documents • Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams for payroll processing deadlines • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports for departments

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above • University degree in Human Resources or a business-related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Basic knowledge of payroll practices and principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive, highly organized and detail oriented • Desire to collaborate with team members across several organizations, ask questions, and research to understand how to best respond to internal clients • Proven ability to modify and adjust individual approach and delivery to fit specific situations • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment • Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information • Ability to be agile and navigate change • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Office 365 • Prior experience working in a global organization on a geographically dispersed team • Experience with ADP Celergo or UKG OneView
