Description

• Technical Application Consultant responsible for guiding customers on IT infrastructure • Serve as primary technical liaison for assigned customer accounts • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide support for Anthology products • Prepare weekly status reports and manage daily calls and meetings • Develop T-SQL customizations and automations • Provide feedback to development team on product issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS or related field or equivalent experience • At least 5 years’ experience coding, debugging with Microsoft T-SQL programming • Ability to establish relationships and network within an organization to achieve results • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline driven high pressure environment • Experience with Windows Server, including IIS • Ability to build knowledge and skill in Anthology products • Fluency in written and spoken English • Experience writing reports in SSRS or PowerBI • Experience with working with OData and REST APIs • Ability to develop in C# or VB.NET • Experience working with Azure • Azure Developer Associate certification • Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring customer’s development teams to achieve high performance results
