Description
• Anytime Mailbox, a global leader in virtual mail services, is seeking a skilled and proactive Director of Cybersecurity Program to champion our cybersecurity initiatives and protect our digital assets. • This role will drive strategy, governance, and security operations, ensuring the integrity and resilience of our infrastructure. • Our ideal candidate is a strategic and technically adept cybersecurity leader with a proven track record in managing security programs, aligning security initiatives with business objectives, and building strong cross-functional relationships. • This individual should be a clear communicator, highly organized, and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong collaborative spirit. • Manage the creation and annual review of a full security policy suite. • Lead Anytime Mailbox compliance efforts towards future audits or certifications. • Monitor network and system activity for threats and anomalies. • Manage and maintain security tools and technologies. • Develop a comprehensive incident response plan. • Act as the incident response lead during potential security incidents and events. • Develop a clear third-party risk management plan including evaluating third-party vendors for strong security practices. • Regularly communicate security initiatives and progress to executive management. • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
Requirements
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC Certifications, AWS Certifications • At least 10 years of proven experience in Information Security • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a security program and support staff • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (such as NIST, CIS 18, PCI) • Proficiency in network and endpoint security • Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning • Familiarity with scripting language • Experience administering AWS, Google Suite, and/or other enterprise systems • Ability to clearly communicate security issues with people of all technical backgrounds • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work across multiple organizational groups to solve problems • The ideal candidate is based in the Philippines, legally authorized to work in the country, and is flexible with working schedules as determined by the company’s needs.
