Requirements

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on long-term growth and profitability. • Operational Finance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to deliver timely and accurate financial insights to leadership. • Audit Management: Lead and manage the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and readiness for all financial reviews. • Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to ensure financial stability. • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, driving accountability and alignment with company objectives. • Financial Maturity: Implement systems, controls, and processes to bring financial rigor and maturity to a start-up environment. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations using advanced financial modeling and analysis. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement effective risk management policies.
