📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines all planned activities, campaigns, tradeshows, and promotions. • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Coordinate the logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and other events. • Assist in creating content for a variety of marketing channels. • Develop, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, tracking open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. • Work with the purchasing team to monitor inventory levels and help manage product promotions. • Provide the sales team with marketing materials, promotional content, and product information. • Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and vendor promotions. • Provide administrative support to the marketing team. • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. • Proactively communicate with internal teams and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Equivalent work experience may be considered. • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and content creation across multiple platforms. • Event planning and vendor coordination experience is preferred. • Proficiency in marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent tools. • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
