• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Suite & experience with social media is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams. • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all tasks and documentation, maintaining high-quality standards in the recruitment process. • Collaboration: Works effectively with team members across Talent Acquisition and People teams, contributing to a cohesive and supportive environment. • People-Centric Approach: Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience at every stage of the recruitment process. • Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and changes in the recruitment landscape.
