Description

• The Research Scientist will work within the Research group to lead projects • Broadening and refining understanding of complement system and retinal disease. • Improving drug development and selection by leading glaucoma-focused projects.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in vision research or neuroscience • Master's with 5+ years' experience • 3+ years' experience in ophthalmology research, specifically including diseases of the retina • Proven experience in project management and external collaboration • Strong people skills and experience working with diverse geographically disperse associates • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Independent individual with high integrity & courage • Be a champion of collaboration in high performing teams • Highly motivated with the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
