Description

• Responsible for the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategy, including setting up incentives for new partners • Understand the needs of current and future partners and prepare tailored product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and other collateral • Actively develop, activate, and expand our affiliate partner community across new channels • Monitor, listen, and respond to partner requests, while ensuring brand guidelines are being followed • Own targets for affiliate revenue and prepare regular reports • Set up and manage tracking systems to monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and more • Analyze trends and find opportunities, or identify threats before they become a problem • Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to integrate affiliates into other marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an affiliate manager role, ideally from another global tech company with a focus on the US market • Deep understanding of affiliate program creation and optimization • Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and partnerships • Passion for affiliate marketing and the latest trends • Good at building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and other partners • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Highly organized, can multitask, and work across multiple teams • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset • Excellent written and verbal skills in English • Any technical background is a plus
