• Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies for our social media Actors • Understand the needs of current and future customers and prepare tailored product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral • Develop and lead successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns • Measure and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives • Work closely with the team responsible for developing and maintaining our social media Actors • Identify industry trends and monitor competing products to come up with new hypotheses and recommendations for future growth • Keep our marketing team up to date on the latest social media trends
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at another tech startup with a thriving developer community • Passion for social media and the latest trends • Strong track record of data-driven growth marketing encompassing strategy, market research, competitive analysis, and messaging that drive impact • Can research and understand a complex technical product or feature and translate it into marketing campaigns that are relatable and engaging to the target audience • Highly organized, can multitask, and work across multiple teams • Excellent written and verbal skills in English • Any technical background is a big plus
