• Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach • Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies, primarily in the HR department • Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pain points • Communicate the value proposition of Apna's HR tech solutions effectively • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., FreshSales) is a plus
