Description

• At our core, we're an IT-services organization that happens to focus on higher education. • We provide IT infrastructure that meets today's needs technology-savvy generation. • We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst to join our Higher Education division. • This role will focus on monitoring, responding to, and mitigating security threats in our Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and other teams to ensure the security and integrity of client networks and systems. • The salary range for this position is $110,000-$145,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

• Monitor our environment for security breaches. • Collaborate with the NOC and other teams to respond to detected threats and vulnerabilities. • Maintain SLAs. • Act as the point person for security incidents in our MSP environment. • Provide leaderships in regards to investigations, response and mitigation of threats in partnership with the NOC and other stakeholders. • Perform risk assessment on client networks and systems. • Recommend effective mitigation strategies. • Promote culture of security awareness among NOC and other teams • Manage and maintain security infrastructure for our clients including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
