• We're Apogee, a Boldyn Networks Company. • Nice to meet you. • At our core, we're an IT-services organization that focuses on higher education. • We provide IT infrastructure that meets today's technology-savvy generation needs. • We're looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Developer & DevOps Engineer to join our growing IT team. • This dual role focuses on building ServiceNow applications and driving automation within our infrastructure using DevOps practices. • The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow platform development and hands-on experience in infrastructure automation. • This is a remote, WFH position. • The salary range is $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. • 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB. • Experience with scripting languages in ServiceNow, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS. • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades, update set management, and instance maintenance. • Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo) and automation frameworks like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or similar. • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring in AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel. • Client-focused mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required. • DevOps certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent are a plus.
