🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role ideally within the crypto industry. • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including user acquisition and product adoption onchain. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including key verticals like DeFi and its growth drivers like TVL, and the broader landscape. • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions — excellent leadership & management skills, you genuinely enjoy managing teams! • A passion for technology, and crypto and a deep understanding of its potential impact on the future of finance and technology.
