Description
• Assist enterprises in implementing Apollo products for unified strategies. • Help Apollo grow through product feedback and customer advocacy. • Liaise with Engineering and Support teams to resolve customers’ challenges. • Provide pre-sales support, develop best practices, and promote integrations. • Develop communications for Apollo and collaborate with R&D and Product Management.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience working with GraphQL, Java, and Javascript in a production level environment. • Technical proficiencies with technologies in the GraphQL ecosystem including languages, frameworks, and cloud computing. • Strong presentation skills; able to speak well in front of an audience and with customers. • Excellent time and project management skills. • Strong logic and reasoning skills for identifying strengths and weaknesses of solutions. • Ability to travel when needed.
