• Apollo.io is the leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies. • Looking for a strategic, results-driven Affiliate Marketing Lead to own and scale Apollo’s Affiliate Program. • Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the affiliate program. • This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity to build and grow a top-tier affiliate program. • Work cross-functionally with growth, product, marketing, and operations to scale Apollo’s reach.
🎯 Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance marketing. • Demonstrated success in owning and growing affiliate programs, with measurable revenue results. • Experience testing and scaling new partner verticals and emerging affiliate channels. • Strong performance and analytical mindset—you make decisions based on metrics, and you’re comfortable navigating data to find insights. • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. • Experience working with PRM tools, direct experience with PartnerStack is a strong plus. • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment. • You’ve managed at least one direct report and are excited to coach and lead.
