• Support global compensation program • Own recurring reporting deliverables • Collaborate closely with multiple teams • Advocate for Apollo.io’s compensation strategy • Support twice-annual compensation review programs • Partner with Talent Acquisitions to review offers • Perform ad hoc analyses of market data • Own submission of compensation surveys • Review global compensation bands and recommend updates • Interface with Finance, People Technology & Talent Acquisition • Own analyses and reporting efforts related to attrition and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field • 3+ years of progressive experience in a compensation, finance, or related role, ideally within the technology industry • Experience with global compensation or finance practices • High level of comfort working with advanced models in Excel and GSheets • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly • Collaborative energy, able to work cross-functionally. • Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain confidentiality • Familiarity with compensation-related software and tools (Pave & Radford)
