Description

•As a People Coordinator, ensure support for new hires and employees •Serve as primary contact for employees, driving a positive experience •Execute operational tasks throughout the employee life cycle •Maintain confidentiality and compliance with employee data •Partner with stakeholders on onboarding and changes •Support compliance and immigration related tasks •Assist with special projects and ad-hoc initiatives •Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

•2-5 years of prior HR or related operations experience •Ability to use sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner •Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment •Excellent written, verbal and visual communication, interpersonal and organizational skills •Ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities in a complex, high pressure and fast paced environment •Experience with Google Suite, Notion, and Slack is highly desired •Experience with entering transactions into people technology systems is highly desired •Experience with local and federal employment laws is highly desired
