Description

•Apothékary is looking for a strategic and self-motivated Social Media Manager. •This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing. •Develop rebrand social strategy and campaign programs. •Support critical brand-building and communications initiatives. •Create and manage social content calendar. •Oversee community management and engagement goals. •Build and execute channel strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest. •Serve as a thought leader across social media. •Support content creation on paid and organic channels. •Own comprehensive social campaign strategies. •Spearhead the TikTok content strategy. •Serve as the primary on-camera spokesperson for the brand. •Lead recruitment, training, and management of interns and content creators. •Develop and execute projects across online and offline channels. •Source on-brand partnerships for social media giveaways. •Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices. •Collaborate with the Creative team for brand assets. •Monitor and address social media crises or negative feedback. •Work with Copywriter to ensure brand voice consistency. •Execute integrated campaigns across channels. •Track and report on performance metrics. •Continuously identify and connect with target audiences. •Engage with followers and monitor customer reviews. •Create strategic brand partnerships for awareness. •Support IRL pop-up events/community engagement.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. •At least 3+ years of previous work experience in social media with a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with influencers and brands •Strong writing, editing, verbal and presentation skills •Passionate about storytelling through social media marketing •Passion for health and wellness industry •Experience with working with or managing an agency •Detail oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and work independently •Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite or related software •Communicative, trustworthy, and able to meet and anticipate deadlines •Extensive experience and understanding of TikTok, Instagram & YouTube •An eye for detail, graphic design & new trends •Comfortable being on camera •Strong copywriting skills
