📋 Description
• Du hältst täglich 1,5 Stunden Vorlesung, wo du unseren Teilnehmenden praxisnah und anschaulich App Entwicklung mit Flutter beibringst. • Du feilst am bestehenden Curriculum sowie den zugehörigen Vorlesungen, Übungsaufgaben und dem Handbuch. • Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Abschneiden der Teilnehmenden in deinem Modul. • Du bildest die Spitze eines Teams mit 5 Tutor:innen, welche täglich nach der Vorlesung übernehmen und die Teilnehmenden bei der Praxisarbeit unterstützen.
🎯 Requirements
• Industrieerfahrung: Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung gesammelt, vorzugsweise in der App Entwicklung • Draht zur Lehre: Du entwickelst andere Menschen gerne weiter und bist bereit, ihnen mit Geduld die Welt der App Entwicklung näher zu bringen. • Führungsposition: Optimalerweise hast du bei vorherigen Stellen bereits Junior Devs entwickelt. • Auftritt: Du kannst dir vorstellen, dich täglich vor unsere Teilnehmenden zu stellen und interaktive Vorlesungen zu halten, in denen du auch deine eigenen Industrieerfahrungen teilst.
