• Advanced English proficiency • Experience in internal team management • Comfortable with Australian clients • Previous experience as a Debt Collector or Accountant • Relevant certification or higher qualification in Accounting & Bookkeeping • Ideally, 3 years of international standards accounting experience • Solid understanding of payroll processing and management in Xero • Good-to-have: Experience in Full BAS reconciliation and lodgment • Essentials: Personal working laptop or desktop computer • Reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
