• AppFollow is a global leader in app management solutions, providing an all-in-one platform for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing app performance. • AppFollow seeks an experienced HR Generalist to lead key initiatives focusing on HR Operations and HR Business Partnering. This hands-on role will optimize HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support targeted hiring aligned with 2025 priorities. • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. • Manage HR systems, streamlining and unifying processes where appropriate. • Support targeted recruitment efforts, focusing on engineering, sales, and marketing roles. • Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and trust in a remote-first environment.
• Minimum 3+ years as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role, preferably in startups or fast-growing environments. • Proven expertise in HR operations and systems management, with a hands-on approach. Strong track record in process optimization and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. • Must work comfortably within the Helsinki time zone.
• N stock options paid according to the employee stock option plan. Vesting period: 4 years with 1 year cliff. • 25 working days of paid holiday annually. • Worldwide coverage after the probation period. • Up to 30 days per year, fully paid. • Monday through Friday, 8 working hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break. Regular working hours aligned with European time zones. Fully remote. • One-time payment of €250 after probation for home office equipment (desks, chairs, monitors, etc.). • Monthly remote work bonus of €50.
