Requirements

• 4+ years experience in email marketing • Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and best practices. • Exceptional at crafting persuasive, brand-aligned email content. • Proficient in interpreting metrics and making data-driven decisions to boost effectiveness and ROI. • Skilled in working with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to develop engaging email templates. • Experience in designing and executing A/B tests to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. • Deep understanding of enhancing user engagement and retention through targeted campaigns. • Ability to integrate email campaigns with overall marketing strategy. • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, with the flexibility to adjust strategies and support various initiatives. Skilled in email marketing tools (Customer.io is a MUST Have, Intercom, SendGrid), analytics (Google Analytics), design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma), and project management (Trello, Google Sheets/Excel, Atlassian). Experience with automation tools like Zapier and Make.com.
