📋 Description
• Designing, implementing, and executing test cases to validate business and technical requirements • Developing and reviewing test policies and strategies to enhance quality assurance processes • Planning test activities based on objectives, risks, and project scope • Collaborating with project managers, developers, and agile teams to coordinate testing efforts • Leading the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases • Monitoring test progress, results, and evaluating exit criteria (definition of done) • Preparing and delivering test progress reports and summaries • Introducing and tracking metrics to measure test progress and software quality • Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing bugs and defects • Supporting the selection and implementation of test tools to improve efficiency • Advocating for best testing practices within the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a QA Functional Engineer • Hands-on experience in web application testing • Familiarity with TestComplete or a willingness to learn quickly • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks • Strong experience with API testing (e.g Postman) • Strong bug reporting and documentation skills • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps) • Exposure to mobile testing tools (e.g., device farms, emulators, simulators, physical devices for iOS & Android) • Working knowledge of performance testing (nice to have) • Fluent English is required
