Implementation Specialist

Description
• The Implementation Specialist will own all new client implementations. • They will manage 40+ implementations simultaneously, while keeping clients informed of progress, and on track. • Helping build out all implementations from start to finish. • Manage 40 active implementations at any given time. • Help clients get set-up on our software quickly while also making it a great customer experience. • Build a more efficient, scalable implementation workflow / process that improves time-to-implement.
Requirements
• 2+ years of prior Client Success experience (CSM, Implementations, etc.) • Client Success experience within SaaS is a plus but not required • Extremely organized • History of following through on commitments • Strong work ethic • Very effective in a remote-work environment
