• Communicate through chats, phone, and emails with subscribers. • Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix. • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

• Native or near native Finnish language (C1, C2) • Very good command of English language (B2) • Strong communication skills, soft skills & problem solving • Good computer knowledge
