Description

• Managing of incoming calls, E-mails and chat. • Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools. • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

• Native or near to native German language (C1- C2). • Very good command of English language (B2). • Good MS Office skills. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
