• Native or near to native German language (C1- C2). • Very good command of English language (B2). • Good MS Office skills. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
