• Native or near to native German language (C1- C2) • Very good command of English language (B2) • Good MS Office skills • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
