Description

• Managing of incoming calls, E-mails and chat • Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• Native or near to native German language (C1- C2) • Very good command of English language (B2) • Good MS Office skills • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
