Description

• Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat • Reporting request and procedures within CRM program • Testing for proper connectivity function • Offering first Level assistance and problem solving • Tracking systems issues to resolution within agreed timeframes • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the problem • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

Requirements

• Native or near to native Italian language (C2) • Very good command of English language (B2 – C1) • Computer skills • Good MS Office skills • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
