Description

• Overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, strategic financial decision-making, and risk management • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals • Managing relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders • Leading fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, to support growth initiatives • Driving the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance financial processes and reporting • Building and leading a high-performing finance team • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department • Mentoring and developing finance staff to ensure succession planning and talent retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a consulting, technology, or digital transformation company • Strong understanding of financial management principles and regulatory frameworks • Experience in driving financial performance in high-growth environments • Expertise in digital transformation and the application of technology in finance • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a record of successful integrations • Previous experience and knowledge of NetSuite • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • An entrepreneurial thinker and a solution-focused problem solver • Ideally situated in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and able to travel as required
