• 2-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), sales, or similar role within digital services, consulting, or software technology industries. • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients. • Strong prospecting skills, including researching, identifying, and qualifying leads. • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals. • Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software. • Knowledge of the Mexican market and experience selling into that region.
