• Provide large-scale, cross-functional program leadership and support for key clients • Develop, define, and lead oversight and governance mechanisms for various workstreams • Navigate teams through challenges and drive priorities in line with strategic goals • Manage complex issues with creativity and innovation • Responsible for building and maintaining program or project plans, schedules, and performance reports
Requirements
• BSc or BEng degree with 10+ years’ experience • MBA or experience in management consulting firms or agencies preferred • Experience with agile and lean methodologies required • Strong knowledge of program or project management tools/software • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fluid environment • Outstanding relationship, influencing, and negotiation skills • Ability to collaborate and align with cross-functional and matrix partnerships
