• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution. • Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback. • Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams. • Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. • Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary. • Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope. • Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery. • Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce. • Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, with strong organizational skills and the capability to adjust priorities effectively. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies such as agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, and kanban. • Familiarity with technical concepts and tools including AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations. • Experience with headless implementations of eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce), CMS (Contentful, Contentstack), Loyalty (Talon.one, EagleEye), Identity (Stytch, Okta), and Personalization (Ninetailed, Segment). • Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms. • Experience with Scrum teams and/or Scrum Master certification. • Technical background in Computer Science is a plus.
