Description
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and proactively source candidates for technical positions, with a focus on quality and diversity globally. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings across all the areas of Apply Digital. • Provide great candidate experience and able to articulate candidates skills and experience to hiring managers. • Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the technology, professional services or consulting space. • Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and related fields. • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards. Such as Lever, and Get On Board. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
