• Develop and refine knowledge base content to guarantee technical precision and clear understanding • Develop and maintain comprehensive API and Release Notes documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate • Execute timely updates to the knowledge base, incorporating new technical details or client-provided information as required • Oversee the entire knowledge base article workflow: assess proposed topics, develop new content, repurpose existing material, secure stakeholder approvals, and ensure timely publication • Create and maintain detailed documentation of the processes and procedures required for effective knowledge base management • Implement enhancements to the knowledge base based on end-user feedback and insights gained from metrics analysis • Develop engaging scripts for instructional "how-to" videos and comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) courses • Oversee and continuously optimise the digital asset management (DAM) repository, ensuring it remains current and organised • Lead and coordinate roadshows to communicate and showcase knowledge base updates or initiatives to stakeholders • Compliance with the established writing style guide and QA framework.
• 3 years of experience in technical writing • 3 years of experience working with Knowledge Management (KM) and Content Management System (CMS) platforms • Experience with B2B software platforms used globally for approving bills and expenses is a plus but not required • Experience contributing to knowledge management projects while consistently adhering to project timelines • A background in Instructional Design, Training or Quality Analysis is a plus but optional • A background in HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript is also a plus but optional • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships • Experience with or proficiency in utilising API style guide in previous work • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
