• We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our growing team. • Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll collaborate closely with our design, product, and development teams to craft user experiences that are clear and efficient. • You'll be focused on uncovering user needs through research and testing, analyzing data, and proposing improvements that make our product as easy to use as efficient in helping our customers manage the approval processes. • Responsibilities include: Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics. • Execute end-to-end research using a wide variety of methods. • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to introduce the improvements based on the research results.
• 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher or Product Designer • Experience using research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative), prototyping software (proficiency in Figma is required) and relevant analytical and collaborative tools (online collaboration (e.g., Miro), surveys (e.g., Qualtrics), and UX tools (e.g., Dovetail)) to conduct research, analyze data, and create presentations. • Analytical thinking skills with the ability to present research results clearly and attractively. • Empathy to understand the needs of clients and users. • Strong communication skills for clear and concise interaction with users. • Experience collaborating with development teams to implement user feedback. • Ability to see and understand the business perspective and link user perspectives with business value. • Excellent writing and editing skills in English. • Planning, prioritization, and self-organization skills.
