Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in managing agile IT projects in modern technologies (Python/React/Django/Shiny) and working directly with a development team. • Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and project management tools - you will support the PO in managing the backlog day to day and providing the user stories to the dev team. • Experience working closely with product owners and product managers or familiarity with product management practices. • Oversee multiple projects (3-4 simultaneously), balancing priorities effectively. • Facilitate remote cross-team coordination and manage asynchronous communication across time zones. • Great social skills to facilitate productive meetings with tech and non-tech stakeholders. • Technical knowledge that allows, among others, navigating tech debt and helping the dev team successfully estimate. • Excellent written and spoken English (C1). Polish is NOT required. • Alignment with the Appsilon values, core purpose, and the Code of Conduct. • Willingness to travel abroad.
