• About Appspace: At Appspace, we’re passionate about creating better work experiences for people everywhere. • We’re looking for a talented Content & Copywriting Specialist to create compelling content for the marketing team. • This role is based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, so please consider this when applying. • Create short- and long-form written content (blogs, eBooks, web pages, guides and templates, email newsletters, email drip sequences, and presentation slides). • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines. • Refine and update existing content to keep it relevant and engaging. • Use data insights to make informed decisions about content creation, iteration, and prioritization. • Conduct interviews and in-depth research to produce content that reflects our thought leadership. • Work closely with the content team to help develop the content calendar and execute content strategies. • Work with the marketing ops team to track and report on content performance metrics. • Use AI tools to help with content production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or copywriting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for explaining complex topics using simple terms. • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. • Experience writing for different audiences across the sales funnel and familiarity with buyer personas, customer journey mapping, and demand generation content. • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for storytelling and innovation. • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work well in a fast-paced, results-driven culture. • Knowledge of video or multimedia content production is a plus.
