Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in an agile software development in a leadership capacity • Proven expertise in managing project portfolios, particularly within software development or technology environments. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile), with a track record of optimizing processes and delivering successful outcomes. • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive results. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and experience using data-driven insights for project tracking and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.
