• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in Finance, Accounting or Business. • Proven experience in administrative capacity in a BPO or related environment. • Excellent working knowledge of CRM tools such as Karbon, Asana, AirTable or similar software. • Proficient calendar management tools such as MS Calendar, Google Calendar, Calendly or similar applications. • Excellent MS Office skills with emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel. • Familiar with communication software such as Slack, Zoom and MS Teams. • Excellent analytical background and driven to solve problems. • Must be a self-driven, independent thinker with a strong work ethic and desire to complete projects in a timely and effective manner.
