Description
• Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Agile projects within the organization • Lead the planning and execution of Agile projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, priorities, and timelines • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies • Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Teamwork)
